Geofence arrival and departure
Assigned sites can detect arrivals and departures where the device and permissions allow it. Manual clocking remains available without location permission.
Site checklists
Checklists per site with progress and required-photo items.
Work photos
Take photos in the app. They stay on the phone until the server confirms them.
Manual mileage
Record miles between assigned sites. Miles are entered by the crew, not calculated from a GPS route, and do not calculate reimbursement.
Time corrections
Crews request corrections with a reason. Your manager reviews them before recorded hours change.
English and Spanish
Crews choose a language and light or dark appearance in Settings.
The fair clock
Leaving a site never clocks you out and never takes off time on its own.
If someone leaves for the next site, a supplies run or a break, they tap Add stop reason and choose why. The clock keeps running. Your manager reviews time and exceptions. We make no promise of GPS accuracy, battery life or a particular pay amount.
Offline-first
After sign-in and loading assignments, clock records, checklist changes, mileage and photos can wait on the phone. Reconnect and open Outbox to send them or see what needs attention. First sign-in and fresh assignments need a connection. Pending work is not yet received by your company.
Shared company devices are supported: each person chooses their name and enters a PIN.
